House in row. Early C19. Smooth rendered, slate roof. Two storeys, 2 windows;
16-pane sashes, left and 12-pane over door, all in moulded and eared
architraves, to stone cills. Six-panel, part-glazed C19 door under transom
light with moulded pilaster surround to frieze and cornice inflected to
pilasters. Brick stack, left. Back has margin bar arched sash and a tile-hung
extension with 16-pane sash.
