TL 90 NE BRADWELL-ON-SEA BRADWELL WATERSIDE
(Off Waterside Road)

2/20 Timbercot

GV II

Cottage. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed and weatherboarded.
Red tiled gambrel roof with one flat headed dormer. Left and right red brick
chimney stacks. One storey and attics. 2 window range of vertically sliding
sashes with shutters, one oval window with glazing bars. C20 flat roofed porch
to left and round headed door with flat canopy over to right. Restored inglenook
fireplace with original stop chamfered mantel beam. Chamfered bridging joists.
A later and now demolished brick built Dame School was attached to right.
