The descriptive notes shall be amended to read:
House 1850. Red and cream chequered brick, pantile roof with gable stack. 2 storey
4 bay front with off centre door having heavily moulded doorcase, rectangular over-
light, bracketed hood and panelled door. To left glazing bar sashes, that beside
the door being hanover. To right a single glazing bar sash. 1st floor fenestration
is similar with a blocked opening above the door having painted stucco splayed
lintels with raised keystones. Datestone onthe south side is inscribed "EAL 1850".

2 storey, 2 bay with doorway to south, with heavily moulded doorcase,
rectangular overlight, bracketed hood and panelled door. Single window to north
with 2 above, that over the door being blocked with painted glazing bars. The
other 2 have glazing bar sashes, and all have painted stucco splayed lintels,
with raised keystones. Datestone on south return inscribed E.A.L.1850.
