Detached house. Early C19. Rendered, some slate hanging, slate roof. A plain
rectangular plan to steep hipped roof, one storey lean-to at left; two brick
eaves stacks to back, and a small added third stack. Two storeys, 3 windows; in
lean-to a 2-light unglazed opening with stanchion bars, then at each level in
main block a 2-light glazing bar casement with, to right, a 4 panel door under
plain transome light. Right half has a 16-pane sash at ground level, two
16-pane above; at right corner a 4-pane sash which returns to a further 4-pane
sash with post at corner. This may have been a display window, later modified.
centred to two lower windows a 6-pane door to shallow transome light. Back has
a small sash high left, and a 2-light glazing-bar casement.
