Small house: Circa late C17 with C20 alterations. Plastered cob walls.
Gable-ended thatch roof. 2 brick end stacks.
Plan: originally either 2 or 3-room plan but this has been obscured by
C20 internal alterations.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of C19 2-light casements
on 1st floor and 2 contemporary 3-light windows to left on ground floor
with 2 C20 2-light casements to the right. Leanto C19 stone and slate
porch towards right-hand end with C19 plank door.
Interior: no original features visible but probably concealed by C20
alterations and may still survive.
