House in row, with shop. Early C19, oriel replaced mid C19.
Rendered, slate roof. 3 storeys, 1 window; a 2-storey canted
oriel with sash, the upper lights only with glazing bars, with
moulded cornices, and with flared skirt between floors. Ground
floor has a C19 pilaster shop front with console fascia, and
wide 2-pane lights with slender colonnette mullions; the door
to the left has a transom light. Moulded cornice,
blocking-course and coped parapet; a stack to the left.
The RCHME suggests that this was built at the same time as the
adjoining Nos 85 & 86 (qv).
INTERIOR not inspected.
