House in short row, with shops. Late C18. Painted brickwork,
slate roof. A mansard front range with parapet, and deep rear
wing, with lean-to. 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows; single and
paired 6-pane sash flat- roofed dormers above a 12-pane sash
and an 8:12:8-pane sash bowed oriel. Ground floor in two C20
shop fronts, recessed door to the right, and in extended
section to the left, linking with Old Harbour House (qv).
Plain gabled return, pair of gable stacks, also a lofty stack
to the rear range. INTERIOR not inspected.
Part of a short row, continuing Trinity Road to the W of the
church, and somewhat isolated as the result of demolition
clearance in the 1960s.
