House in row. Early C19, but possibly C18 fabric. Rendered and
scribed, brick stacks, asbestos-cement or slate roof. A small
unit with a parallel rear range, each with mansard roof. 2
storeys with attic, 1 window; a wide C20 dormer above canted
sash oriel with flat roof and cornice, and a late C19
fluted-pilaster shop front in 2 wide panes with very shallow
transom light, sloping fascia and thin cornice in bold
consoles. To the right, well set back, on 2 stone steps, a
2-panel door, with a further door to the shop on the return.
Tall brick stack to the left gable, and to the rear range. The
back also has a flat-roofed dormer above a 4-pane sash and a
casement at first floor, and a door and 2-light casement to
the ground floor.
