House, late C18 or early C19; and cottage, formerly a store. Rendered front
with rusticated quoins, pantiled roof with pale brick chimney. 3 storeys, 2
windows, modern pivoted windows in old openings. 2-storey canted bay at left.
First- floor night window has segmental stone lintel with keystone, as has the
door under oblong fanlight. Rear section (Mrs Carter) rendered and pantiled.
2 storeys, 1 window, sashes without bars; and 4-panel door. Included mainly
for group value with Royal George.
