House, formerly farmhouse with adjoining former pig-sty and byre, now
converted to bathroom and garage. Second half of C18 with C19 and C20
alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble, pantile roof, C19 and C20 brick
stacks. House: hallway entrance plan, with former pig-sty to left, byre
to right. House of 2 storeys, pig-sty and byre each of 1 storey. House
has 3 first floor windows. 4-panel door beneath divided oblong fanlight
and stone lintel flanked by one 3-light Yorkshire sash to left and 2 to
right, with stone sills and lintels. 3-light Yorkshire sashes to first
floor with wedge lintels. Moulded eaves course. Byre has C20 board
door flanked by C20 2-light casement with wooden lintel to left and C20
garage door to right. House has swept roof with gable coping, shaped
kneelers and end stacks.
