Early C19. Farm buildings and former farm house around courtyard. Lower sections
flank centre of 2 storeys in coursed rubble with pantile roof with coped gable
ends with kneelers. 2 small windows flank hoist opening. Carriage doorway below.
Flanked by sections with hoist opening over 2 pointed windows and door, and circular
window above pointed window and garage door. Another side has building of 2
storey height in coursed rubble with pantile roof. 2 blocked windows with wood
lintels and 2 blocked doors with wood lintels. Other elevation has 4 windows
with lintels above 2 doors. Stable block similar.
Beck Isle Cottage, Beck Isle Museum and Farm buildings, Fern Leigh, Premises
occupied by J Watson and Rose Cottage form a group.
