Circa 1824 cottage. in Tudor style with lower outbuildings on west side. 2 storeys.
Cottage of 3 bays. Grit stone ashlar with coursed rubble outbuildings and mid
C19 brick additions at the rear. Slated roof with crenellated parapet and coped
gable. Paired ashlar stacks with crenellated tops. Projecting flanking bays
of cottage with 2 light mullioned casements with hoodmoulds. Central bay with
arched doorway with fanlight and square hoodmould; lst floor lancet window over
with hoodmould. 2 ranges of outbuildings with slated roof, crenellated parapet,
ail rod doorway with traceried doors and hoodmould, and 2 blind arched lst floor
windows with tracert and hoodmouldw.

Spa Mews together with the gateway and fountain form a group.
