Room, and railings
attached to footbridge to
Probably Methodist Chapel, now parish church room. c1810. Dressed
limestone on limestone plinth, with slate roof and brick stack. Rectangular
on plan. Single storey, 3-bay front. Central 4-panel door beneath divided
fanlight, flanked by round-headed sashes with stone sills. Round arches
to all openings. Hipped roof. Rear: similar windows; single stack to
centre pierces roof. Early C19 railings, ramped-up, with slender stick
balusters and urn finials, attached to footbridge across beck to front.
