C18 or early C19. Pink brick. Pantiled roof, with stone slate eaves. Two storeys. Three bays: two Yorkshire casements with glazing bars on first floor, otherwise sashes with glazing bars and stucco keystones. One door with four moulded panels and keystone. One mid C19 shop window with elaborate wooden frame, including pilasters with chevron-patterned panelling. Entry to 25 is in a narrow, fourth bay that is set back slightly from the main elevation, this bay having a slate roof and a segmentally arched first floor window
