House and barn. Mid C18 and early C19 with alterations. Rendered brick; barn
with boarded panels and stone dressings. Pantiled roofs with stone features.
House faces south-west; barn extends to north-east forming L-plan. House of 2
builds. 2 storeys, 2 and 3 bays, and a 1-storey west extension. In older 2-bay
left part a central 4-panel door with overlight. All windows replaced Yorkshire
sashes. Older house has stone gable copings and kneelers, and end chimneys.
West (garden) front of barn 2 storeys, 4 bays. Upper windows, now with plain
glazing, have hinges for external shutters. External stone stairs to door on
north return.
