Wrongly marked on Ordnance Survey map as Berry Garth. House. Late C17 -
early C18, with minor later alterations. Red brick, machine tile roof.
Lobby-entry plan. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Stone quoins and plinth. To each.
side of central bay a board door with flat brick arch, that to left a later
insertion with quoined jambs. All windows have basket-arched brick heads
and 2-light casements, sane with diamond panes and all with Gothick glazing
bars to heads. First and second-floor bands. Blocked second-floor openings
to bays 1 and 3. End stack and larger ridge stack to opposite right
entrance. Interior: in right ground-floor room a stone moulded, Tudor arch
fire surround.
