Cottage. Late C18, altered. Sandstone rubble, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, two windows to first floor. Central quoined doorway with deep lintel now forms window. Inserted C20 part-glazed door on left has small inserted casement beyond.C20 casement to ground-floor right. First floor: C20 casements, that to left in original square-faced surround. Brick end stack on right.
