Houses with shops. Dated 1786. Red brick in Flemish bond with machine tile
roof. 2 storeys, 7 bays. C20 shopfronts. 4-panel door with overlight and
flat brick arch to right of left-hand bay. Central brick elliptical
carriage arch with dated keystone and stone imposts. 1st floor: all windows
have stone cills and flat brick arches apart from 3 right-hand bays which
break into eaves cornice; bays 1-4 have unequally-hung sashes, bay 5 has a
casement, bay 6 has a sash and bay 7 has 16-pane sash. Dentilled eaves.
