House now outbuilding. Mid C17, heightened. Rubble sandstone, stone slate
eaves courses to pantile roof. 2 storeys, 4 windows to 1st floor. Quoins.
Original doorway to left has chamfered, quoined surround with triangularly-
arched soffit to lintel. Door to far left in altered surround; another blocked
door to right flanked by later door openings. lst-floor windows have casements
within altered double-chamfered surrounds. Shaped kneelers, square-cut gable
copings. External end stack to right has offsets on rear face and rebuilt brick,
shaft. Included for group value.
