Former coach house and stable. Western section appears C17, eastern section C18.
Brick walls, tiled roof. Single storey. Large double door openings. North of the
house is the site of Mount Poynings, a large C16 house probably demolished in the
C17. Material from this appears to have been re-used at Burngate Farm.
