Early-mid C19 villa, facing Chapel Lane. Two storeys, ashlar; brackets to wide eaves
with reeded soffit. Hipped slate roof, grouped chimneys to north-west and
south-west. Octagonal chimney from wall face to left of centre. Band over ground
floor. Three by 2 windows with keystones and glazing bar sashes. Central half-glazed
door with overlight, fluted panels to reveals. Name on band.
No 1 Arlington Terrace is a lower 7 bay extension with similar windows and a 4 panel
door to left.
