WALLINGTON DEMESNE CORRIDGE NZ 08 SE NZ 063836 14/189 'The Chapel',farmbuilding 70 metres south-west of Corridge farmhouse GV II Shelter shed with granary over, with adjacent byre. Early C19, byre C18. Squared stone south front, returns rubble with dressings; byre coursed roughly-squared stone. Gothick style. Gabled front to south: chamfered plinth, two blind pointed windows with pitching eye over, open-pedimented gable. Left return has 4 square granary windows and coped left gable with moulded kneelers. To left a lower byre with part-slatted window set in blocking of older chamfered doorway. Right return (within C20 shed not of interest)has arcade of 4 segmental arches, that to right blocked.
