Farmhouse. Late C17. Dressed stone walls, with Ham stone dressings.
Double Roman-tile roof with stone gable-copings. Brick stacks at gable
ends. Two storeys. 4 windows, 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullions,
continuous string over ground floor windows, wood casements and horizontal
glazing-bars. Front door at centre, plank-and-muntin, with fanlight over,
C20. Interior: "original moulded ceiling beams with ornamental stops" (RCHM).
Interior access not obtained. Outbuilding attached at left hadn end, has a C19
Roman-tile roof over. C20 window. Rear range of the farmhouse, C18 with rear
gable stack. (RCHM, Dorset I, p 260(33)).
