Range of former farm buildings or cottages probably C18, altered to form 2
flats and gate house in early C20. Walls; lower parts of flint and stone
with some brick banding, upper parts brick. Tiled roofs - gate house
section with stone eaves courses. One brick stack at left end, and one,
with recessed panelling and some stone banding, at junction of flats with
gatehouse at right end. One storey and attics. Flats have ledged door. On
ground floor, 2 casements with cast iron glazing and 3 with glazing bars.
Attic has 4 gabled dormers, weatherboarded in gables, with casements with
cast iron glazing. At right end, a single storey lean-to extension at the
front. Gate house, right of the flats, has 4-centred archways, the outer
archway with ornamental iron gates. Brick gable above arch, with a stone
mullioned window with lead lights.
