Water mill, C18 remodelled and heightened in C19. Coursed rubble with cut
quoins and dressings, tooled-and-margined to upper floors; Welsh slate roof.
West elevation 4 storeys, 3 bays. Centre bay set forward with tall boarded
double doors, the wall above blank except for 2 circular iron plates holding
tie-rods, and various windows on 2-bay right return. Bay to left of projection
has arched opening, with later glazing, to wheelpit; bay to right has stable
door with boarded loft door over. Various small-paned sashes and C20 small-
paned casements. Hipped roof; banded stack on right. To rear, 2-storey pent-
roofed section with lower gabled wing projecting beyond; similar fenestration.

All machinery removed.
