Detached cottage. Probably C18. Brick walls, thatched roof, brick
end stack. One storey and attic. Later, single-storey extension
at west end, with asbestos roof. Glazed-porch on brick base, with
timber angle columns. C2O part-glazed door. Ground floor has 2
casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has two half-dormers with
similar casements. C20 glazed door and window in extension.
Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace with
cambered timber lintel. Remains of bread oven and possible remains
of curing chamber.
