2 hall houses, now 3 cottages. Late C14, extended and altered C19 and late C20. Part
timber frame with brick infill, part brick. Old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of
5 framed bays with extensions on right and at rear. 2 crucks in second and third bays
from left. One and a half storeys. 2 chimneys on ridge to left of centre with clay pots,
3 chimneys at rear. Road front: irregular fenestration, windows 2- and 3-light C19 case-
ments with glazing bars. 3 gabled dormers. 2 planked entrance doors, one on left end
wider than one near centre. On the right a brick C19 extension with one 3-light casement
under segmental arched head. C20 entrance door on side. Interior: Nos. 2 and 3 have
much of the timber frame exposed. Large fireplace in No. 3.
