10/25 The Well House

GV II

House. C18 and mid C19. White painted brick with plinth. Old tile roof, 2
gabled semi-dormers with 3-light casements, end stack to left, stack on ridge
off-centre to right; and gabled wing projecting to right with end stack con-
sisting of 2 diamond shafts on rectangular base. L-plan, 1 1/2 storeys. Two 3-
light casements flanking central half glazed door with panelled pilasters sup-
porting triangular pediment. Segmental headed casement in right-hand return
wall with 4 arched lights.
