House in row. Early-mid C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stack repaired in cream-
coloured brick. Painted brick extension at rear with artificial
stone slate roof. Rectangular main body with later extension at
rear. Symmetrical, 2-windowed facade. Two storeys and attic lit
by C20 flat-roofed 3-light roof dormer with glazing bars at rear.
Sixteen-pane sashes within dressed stone surrounds. Central five-
panel door with boot scrapers either side. Interior not inspected.
