(West Side)

GV II

Symmetrical pair of houses. Early C19. Brick, with a slate roof. 2-storeys,
2.2 windows. Brickwork in Flemish bond (painted to 51), rubbed flat arches
to the ground-floor. Victorian sashes. Doorcases have a plain hood on double-
scroll brackets, narrow plain pilasters and 6-panelled (2-top-glazed) door.
Prominent, as the northern Termination of Broad Street.
