Best preserved of the Reading brickworks (1977). Mid C19. Red brick oval
plan, with battered plinth forming 'ground' floor. One floor above. Tin roof.
Rounded end. Chimney to north-west, tall, square and brick with central opening
to south. Main building has 6 arches on each side with smaller arches (dampers)
to left. Interior, ground level forms a vaulted ambulatory with oval and rectangular
feed-holes.
