Barn. C17, altered. Timber-framed, brick infill on sandstone plinth, tiled
roof. Straight range of 4 framed bays, altered south gable entry with loft
entry above. Framing: irregular, 3 panels from sill to wall-plate, diagonal
bracing from sill to main post. Interior: inclined strut trusses and joists
to inserted floor of loft now partly removed. Group value with Eastgrove
Cottage (qv).
