Detached former farmhouse, now cottage. .Early C17, with C18
re-fashioning. Random chalk rubble, flint rubble and banded brick
walls; big stone blocks in the plinth, rough stone quoins.
Thatch roof with gable ends. .C18 brick stacks at left gable,
ridge right of centre, and right gable. Straight-joint towards
right hand end. 1½ storeys. 3-4 windows, ground floor has 3-light
stone mullions, hollow-chamfered and with separate labels.
4 eyebrow dormers, 2-light wood casements. Front door at left,
centre, with stone jambs and elliptical brick arch. Stable-type
door, C20. Rear wing has banded masonry, and C20 front door in
the angle.
