Terrace of cottages. 1864 in brickwork. Brick with blue diaperwork and
yellow brick dressings, plain tile roof. 2 storey, row of 2 bay cottages,
3 bay cottage and high-set 2 bays of schoolmaster's house with large wing
behind. LH cottages have yellow plinth and pilaster at each end, ground
floor below sill and eaves blue and yellow band, lst floor diaperwork. In
each bay 2-light mullioned window, those on 1st floor have head in tall
gabled dormer with bargeboards. LH cottages each have 4-centred head door
between bay. Over each and between ridge stack and large stack between
bays of RH cottage. Included for group value.
