House. Early C18. Rendered, pantile roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays plus doorway
in elevation of adjacent house, Greencroft (qv). Chamfered rusticated
quoins to left. 6-panel door on right below overlight with decorative
glazing bars in doorcase with fluted pilasters, fluted frieze and small
cornice. Ground floor: sash windows in chamfered ashlar surrounds. First
floor: sashes in architraves with moulded sills. Second floor: side-sliding
sashes in small chamfered surrounds, probably once mullioned. Stepped
eaves. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to left. Brick end stacks. Perhaps
originally part of same building as Greencroft (qv).
