Cottage. C17, altered in C19. Rubble, C20 interlocking tile roof. Single
storey, 2 cells, with lower extension to rear right. Quoins. Central 4-
panel door in richly-moulded eared and shouldered ashlar architrave
matching doorway at Moulton Manor (qv). Sash windows with deep ashlar
lintels and sills. Brick end stacks.
