House. C18, with additions and alterations of C19 and C20. Granite and slatestone
rubble. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Axial stack with brick shaft.
Plan: Originally of one-room plan house, with the room heated from a gable end stack
to right. An addition of one-room plan was made to the right end in circa C19.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window front. All windows are 2-light casements,
of 8 panes each light ; ground floor has C20 door to left, with cambered slatestone
arch, window to right with similar arch. The bay to right has ground floor window
with cambered brick arch. Right end has single storey C20 lean-to. Blind gable end
to left.
Interior: Not inspected.
