House. Early - mid C19, with some later alterations. Slatestone rubble with brick
dressings. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. External gable end stack to
right with rubble shaft; axial stack to left with brick shaft.
Plan: 3-room plan, with larger room to right heated by the gable end stack; off-
centre to left entrance through porch and two smaller rooms to right heated by back-
to-back fireplaces from the axial stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 4-window front, all windows are C20 replacements,
all 2-light 6-pane casements with brick segmental heads. Porch with pitched roof set
centrally between the windows, with single light to front and door to side. The right
end has 2-light casement with brick segmental head at first floor to right.
Interior: Not inspected.
