SP 8901 GREAT MISSENDEN HIGH STREET 4/40 (east side)

No 3 (Rose Cottage)with Railings and Gate GV II

Early C19, red brick, slate roof. Two storeys, four double hung sashes 4 panes wide, left hand one widely spaced. Open gabled porch left of centre with arched front and baluster supports. Four-panel door with half round wheel fanlight. Dwarf garden wall with low cast iron balustrade and matching gates. Spearhead standards with twisted stems, two horizontal rails with scrolls at ends of each section.
