Early-mid C18. 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows per floor. Formerly thatched,
now high pitched slate roof with brick chimneys. Rough cast brick (partly stone
at rear). 3 light casement dormer with raking top. Late glazed sash windows with
cambered heads. Cambered head to central doorway - 6 panels, top 2 glazed. Single
storey brick washhouse at rear with tall chimney. Interior has a covered-in inglenook
fireplace.

No 22 Horsefair Green forms a group with Burnham House and No 34 Silver Street.
