GV II

C17, timber-framed; refronted C18 and modernised. Red brick; hand made
tile roof with gable at each end. One storey and attic. Two central gabled
dormers; in left hand gable, one 2-light casement with cambered relieving
arch and glazing bars; in right hand gable one bricked in window and one
modern casement. Ground floor: No 45 with one 3-light casement; No 47 with
one 3-light casement with cambered relieving arch; No 49 with one fixed
window with glazing bars; No 51 with one modern 3-light shallow bay window.
All 4 houses have boarded doors beneath simple open gabled porches. A string-
course across Nos 45 and 47 at.first floor level steps down on the front
of No 47. There are chimneys between Nos 45 and 47 and one chimney in the
roof over No 49.
