Early C18. Two storeys in red brick with machine tile roof. Painted
moulded brick eaves cornice. Two gabled dormers. Three windows, near flush
frame sashes with glazing bars, gauged brick heads and stone cills. Door of
6 fielded panels with rectangular ornamental fanlight, framed in moulded wood
architrave and set in recessed reveal with gauged brick head. Four stone steps.
Two wrought iron guard rails with scrapers. Projecting base to building with
recessed panels to basement. Double gable end. Interior: good staircase.
