Hotel, formerly small country house. Early C19, altered. Colourwashed
brick, slate roofs with parapet to W. front with ball finials on angles.
2-storeys, W.front has 5 bays, the 3 central ones slightly projecting,
C19 sash windows in segmental arched openings, 2nd and 4th bays with
tripartite windows. Central moulded brick porch with semicircular arched
side openings, corner pilasters, panelled frieze, cornice and parapet with
ball finials. Entrance under semicircular stepped arch with impost
mouldings.
