Cottage, possibly an open hall with service and parlour ends early C16 with the roof raised and another storey added, early C20. Ground floor walls are timber framed, plaster rendered on a brick sill. Tiled roof with gault brick ridge stack. Two storeys with the line of the original eaves visible between the storeys. Four windows and door, all C20, though the doorway may be on the site of the original through passage.
