Bedford Estate school built in 1863. Coursed stone rubble with ashlar dressings and old clay tile roof. L-plan with left hand projecting gable wing. This gable end has four-light casement windows with heavy stone mullions and transom. Similar windows to other wing. In angle between wings is a hipped roof porch. Side wall is divided up into small squares with timber and each square is hung with concrete tiles. Four-centred arched doorway.
