Originally a pair of cottages, now one dwelling, late C18 or early C19. Brown gault brick, with yellow gault brick to part of side wall. Parapetted roof of slate. Two storeys. Stone sills to three recessed hung sashes with glazing bars. Four similar windows at ground floor, two in the site of the original doorways. Rear wall has a bow window in a moulded architrave.
Interior. One room with bolection moulded panelling and shouldered surround to the fireplace overmantle.
