Small house. Circa early-mid C19. Stuccoed front. Hipped grouted scantle slate
roof with brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: Double depth plan with 2 equal-sized rooms at the front, central entrance hall between and stairs and service rooms at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window front with central doorway. Shallow
arched openings. Original 6-panel door and original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Rear has original 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
