Water mill and millhouse. Mid C19. Roughly coursed stone rubble with slate roofs
half-hipped at right end. Rectangular block(mill), continued to right by the lower
2 room plan with central entry millhouse with right-angled service wing to rear left
side.
The mill is 3 storeys. Ground with 3 windows and door. First with 2 windows and
taking in door, second with 4 windows. All are plain openings with cambered heads.
Round arch window with rusticated surround in gable end. The house, which may be
converted from an earlier mill building, 2 storeys, 2 windows, 20-pane sashes in
cambered heads central gable porch. Right gable stack and 1 to rear both brick.
Interior not inspected.
