C18 2 storeys with attics, gault brick, with red brick dressings.
Modern tile roof. Symmetrically designed front with 2-storey bay
window on either side of central doorway with continuous modillioned
eaves cornice. Doorcase with fluted Doric pilasters, entablature with
dentilled cornice and pediment; 6-panelled door with metal fanlight
above in semi-circular head. Window above doorway. 3 hipped dormers.
End walls gabled.
Church of All Saints, Barnes House, and the Nook form a group.
