Mid C19. 2 storeys, Double fronted with 5 windows each and No.2 with
open pediment. Slated roof with bracketted projecting eaves. Gault
brick. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with original
glazing bars. Round-arched doorways with fanlights and panelled doors,
and continuous elaborate cast iron verandah on ground floor. No.2 with
ground floor splayed bay windows rising to 1st floor level on one side
and round-arched pedimented 1st floor window with lunette window above.
Slepe House and Nos. 1 to 5 (consec) for a group with Nos. 1 to 8
(consec) Cromwell Place.
